Our shipping department takes every reasonable precaution to insure the safe transit of goods, however temperature extremes experienced during transit can quickly destroy wine. Beltramo’s strongly advises you select "Second Day Air" or "Next Day Air" for the safest delivery of your order, especially outside of California and/or during hot or cold spells through which your wine may travel on its way to its final destination. Beltramo's Inc. is not liable for any damage to goods caused by weather conditions, other "Acts of God," unforeseeable delays or accidents during shipping by a common carrier.
You may request insurance for any order over $100. Also we reserve the right to hold Friday shipments until Monday so that the merchandise will not be sitting idle over a weekend.
• Orders placed before 1:30 PM PST generally ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:30 PM PST generally ship the next business day.

Return Policy
Under California law, it is illegal to return wines once sold, except for defective wines, which may be returned for credit or replacement within thirty days of purchase. Defective wines do NOT include wines damaged in shipping. All returned wines must be accompanied with a receipt. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us right away.
